Shipping and Returns
We process orders daily - Monday through Friday - with the exception of holidays. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for in stock orders to be processed. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We carefully select jewelry craftsmen across the globe and ship internationally directly from our suppliers in order to maintain nearly wholesale pricing on a greater variety of artisanal, handcrafted pieces. Orders typically take between 20-40 days to arrive.
Items didn’t work out? We will gladly reimburse the full purchase amount for any merchandise that is received not as described or is defective. Simply take a photo of the item and email us with a description of the issue at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for the inputting of incorrect shipping information, so be sure to carefully enter the correct info when ordering. If you don't receive your purchase within the 20-40 day time-frame (50-60 days to Canada), and you're sure you entered the correct shipping info, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Our 90 Day Guarantee
We guarantee satisfaction for 90 days. If you are unsatisfied in any way (other than through personal loss of the product), we will simply refund all money paid (including S&H).
If your item breaks or is tarnished we will ask for a photograph of the product in question before refunding.
If your product doesn't fit, there are no visible wearing or tarnish marks, and the product costs over $25 USD, we will ask for the item to be returned to us and we will refund all your expenses.
If you are unsatisfied or the item is not as described we will issue your refund once we have received the returned product.
If the item is defective or breaks within 90 days of arrival we will send your refund within 14 days of receiving photographic proof of defective items.
Note for Canadian shipments only:
Due to a recent increase in overseas purchases by Canadian customers, all shipments have to go through Vancouver CBSA to be redistributed to other areas. This has lead to a shortage within the international mail screening system and there is a major back log in in the parcels being processed. It now typically takes approximately 6 weeks to clear Customs and be transferred to Canada Post for domestic delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience and are actively looking at our options for faster delivery for our Canadian customers.
