Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We process orders daily - Monday through Friday - with the exception of holidays. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please allow 2-5 business days for in stock orders to be processed.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (please check all folders including spam if you don't see this email within 2-3 business days). Orders are shipped from our US warehouse and typically take between 3-5 days to arrive in the continental US.

  • International rates automatically calculated at checkout.

*We take our carbon footprint very seriously and ship all products in recycled/post consumer and eco-friendly packaging.

In some countries outside of the USA you may be liable to pay additional customs/duties tax so please check with your local customs office before placing your order. There also may be delays when going through the customs process (our DHL shipping option tends to have the shortest delays in customs processing).

 

Return Policy

We deeply value our customer relationships and are always available to help out in the case of any questions or concerns. We do our best to be transparent on sizing, styling, coloration and materials - however if anything wasn't as you expected or a product was faulty, please read below for our online store return policy.

  • Within 30 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item or receive a refund to the original method of payment (does not include shipping costs)
  • Before 90 days: We accept returns, refunds or exchanges and will work promptly and diligently to make sure everything is taken care of in a way that is satisfactory for all parties (you are responsible for any additional shipping costs)
  • After 90 days: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges
  • If a product is defective on arrival we will initiate a FULL refund for the entire amount paid, including shipping costs

Simply take a photo of the item and email us with a description of the issue along with your order number at hello@belleameboutique.com.

We are not responsible for the inputting of incorrect shipping information, so be sure to carefully enter the correct info when ordering. If you don't receive your purchase within the 3-5 day time-frame in the USA (10-20 days international), and you're sure you entered the correct shipping info, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Our 90 Day Guarantee

We guarantee satisfaction for 90 days. If you are unsatisfied in any way (other than through personal loss or extreme wear of the product), we will simply refund all money paid (minus S&H).

If your item breaks or is tarnished we will ask for a photograph of the product in question before refunding.

If your product doesn't fit, there are no visible wearing or tarnish marks, and the product costs over $25 USD, we will ask for the item to be returned to us and we will refund all your expenses.

If you are unsatisfied or the item is not as described we will issue your refund once we have received the returned product.

If the item is defective or breaks within 30 days of arrival we will send your refund within 14 days of receiving photographic proof of defective items.
